Technical and administrative services

As shown in the organisation chart of the technical-administrative staff, the Department of Industrial Engineering is divided into:
- Administrative services (second-level organisational unit);
- Laboratory technical services (second-level organisational unit).

The Administrative Manager coordinates the Department's administrative services and offices. Technically prepares the budget and final report, as well as the financial situation. Supports the bodies in accordance with the regulations in force concerning accounting and organisation of services and acts as secretary in the Department Board and Committee. Collaborates with the Director for all activities concerning the best operation of the department.
The Department’s Administrative Manager is  Ilaria Pagliarini.

The Management Coordinator of the Department's Technical Services is Stefania Falcioni
