Composition and functions of the Department Board

The Department Board is the approval and decision-making body of the Department in the areas of teaching, for the degree programmes it manages, research and planning of personnel requirements.

An exhaustive list of the Board's tasks can be found in the Department's operating rules in the "annexes" section.

The Board is composed of the Director, Professor Alfredo Liverani, who chairs it, all the professors and researchers who are part of the Board, the administrative-management manager, Dr Ilaria Pagliarini, who acts as secretary, 10 elected representatives of the technical and administrative staff, 3 elected representatives of the research fellows and 14 elected representatives selected from the students enrolled in the Department’s courses.
